For whom is OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair suitable?

Function
OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair supplements the intestinal microbiome with 9 highly active bacterial strains, which can be naturally found within the human intestine.
The bacteria’s viability and ability to reproduce will be guaranteed until at least the expiration date.
Recommended use
Once or twice daily, stir 1 sachet of OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair (=3 g) in a glass of water (approx. 125ml) at room temperature, wait at least 1 minute for bacterial activation, stir again and then drink. OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair should be preferably be taken on an empty stomach.
If you take OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair twice a day, intake right after waking up in the morning and before going to bed in the evening is suggested.
Additional information
If you suffer from a fructose intolerance, then you should prolong the activation time of OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair to at least 30 minutes. After the waiting time the bacteria metabolise the entire fructooligosaccharides. Thus, no fructose gets into the intestine.
